Windows10 + laptops = machine that doesnt like to run properly!

trying to fix my laptop, so its useable again.

long story short, the cd drive on my main pc has died! so am trying to my laptop working again, but its not working poroperly thanks to windows 10 NOT liking toshiba laptops! and it borked my mouse again
